Christina Rindsjö
Co-Founder Be Your Brilliance

Christina is a Swedish visionary holistic entrepreneur with a great passion for water and life’s journey. In her entrepreneurship, she uses her talent for exploring the new and unexpected, but also challenging herself and practicing what she preaches; daring to take risks and explore beyond the seen.
Christina’s inner journey started at the beginning of the 80s when she was introduced to Shorinji Kempo, a martial art based on Buddhist philosophy. After 4 years of intensive practice, she became an instructor, teaching children and adults and being the first Swedish woman to graduate to 2nd Dan black belt. This experience set the tone for how to handle life and find the true power within. Christina returned to the practice after a long break due to career and family, where she nowadays truly enjoys the way of being a lifelong student of Shorinji Kempo.
Yoga came into Christina’s life in 2006 through a meeting with a shiatsu and yoga master. After 5 years of advanced yoga practice and education from the original Indian yoga philosophy, she started sharing ancient knowledge and wisdom together with diverse practices of yoga. Christina has been teaching since 2011 and facilitating retreats since 2019. She is a much-appreciated instructor with students following her for many years. The very core of her guidance is to bring people back home to their true essence and power within.
After 3 decades in the fashion industry, Christina gradually realized how unhealthy consumption and the industry affected her own health as well as the planet. In 2012, she made a life change and turned her focus totally to health and inner development. She became a certified HKT kinesiologist and Tuning therapist, having since then helped people with physical and mental health-related issues. Christina’s strong awareness of water and its importance for our health has led her to the creation of OneWell, the company she runs today. The water journey brought her to many places, like a leadership retreat in Dharamsala with monks and HH Dalai Lama, where she was initiated into Buddhahood. In 2023, she returned to Japan for the third time, studying the Buddhist martial art practice and meeting with the Masaru Emoto Team, exploring the magic of water.
Alongside being a blessed mother of two children, she spends as much time as possible close to nature and water.
